Sales Consultant
Our sales team provides high quality, professional service to our customers while generating sales for new and used RV’s.
Essential Job Functions:
Meet and greet customers.
Self-motivated
Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, learning/understanding the products we sell.
Conduct professional, knowledgeable conversations/demonstrations with clients over units, including walk throughs.
Close sales effectively by working closely with our General Manager and Finance team.
Follow up with customers.
Must be able to generate business including phone, text, video, social media/other methods approved by management.
Compensation:
Pay is commission based. The more gross revenue you create, the more you make!
Monthly Bonuses, Salesperson of the Month Bonuses and Quarterly Performance Bonuses when qualified.

Sales Manager
The RV Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire RV sales department, including sales personnel, operations, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
Sales Leadership – lead, motivate, and manage the RV sales team, setting and achieving sales target. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Team Management – recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to maintain an exceptional and high-preforming team. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Inventory Management – oversee the inventory of RVs, ensuring it is well-maintained, priced competitively, and aligned with market demand. Work closely with the General Manager and Owner to stock the required RV models and accessories.
Customer Service – ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, issues, and any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of RVs and their features.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive/RV industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

PDI Technician
Our experienced PDI (pre delivery inspector) Technicians inspect RVs for damages/missing major components and prepare customer purchased units for delivery.
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure that new units delivered are free of manufacturer defects by conducting a full inspection prior to delivery to the customer.
Conduct full structural inspections underbelly to roof; interior and exterior.
Locate, diagnose, and repair possible problems/defects with units.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance inspection and maintenance to ensure that all are working properly as designed.
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements and document per established protocol.
Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
Assist in other areas of service dept. as assigned by Service Manager to support dept.
Follow all safety training and procedures. Complete all required HR & safety training as assigned.
Compensation:
$14.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

RV Parts/Rental Clerk
Our Parts department provides top notch services to our customers with their purchasing needs.
Essential Job Functions:
Assisting customers, creating purchase orders, checking in parts, receiving in parts, placing special orders for parts, applying parts to repair orders, maintaining parts stock/parts inventory.
Greet customers, answer phone calls, assist all customers in selecting parts/items in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Provide price quotes and other related information to customers in person, over the phone or by email.
Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.
Notify the management of out-of-stock items or shop materials that require immediate attention.
Pull and fill orders from current stock.
Follow up on back-ordered items and replenish assigned inventory daily.
Other duties as assigned.
Rentals:
Assist and communicate with customers interested in renting RV’s.
Provide quotes and book reservations for rentals to customers.
Advise PDI when a customer is expected to pick up and return the rental.
Compensation:
$14.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience). Full-Time position.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to learn and follow processes including but not limited to company policies and procedures.
Forklift Certified.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 lbs.
Must be able to work in a team setting and be self-motivated.
Knowledgeable and able to navigate a computer, internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
1-2 years’ general knowledge of ordering both automotive and household parts is preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone or in person.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time/as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Our thorough and responsible Detailers provide quality cleaning services for our RVs.
Essential Job Functions:
Performing washing/drying/buffing/waxing exteriors, clean and remove spots on upholstery and interiors of RVs, carpeting, windows, full detailing and deodorizing interior and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Compensation:
$10.00-$13.00 per hour

Service Technician
Our experienced Technicians work on new and used RVs. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Essential Job Functions:
Mechanical knowledge of how to maintain, repair, diagnose and correctly repair and replace parts as well as the installation of equipment.
Perform all RV repair and maintenance duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical problems.
Work directly with service advisors, warranty admin and parts personnel to provide documentation and photos the manufacturer requires.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be familiar with the mechanical and automotive systems in RVs.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be available to work some weekends.

Must provide own tools.
